Making Care Primary, Request For Applications

On August 14, 2023, the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation's Patient Care Models Group published this Request for Applications (RFA) regarding Making Care Primary. The Making Care Primary (MCP) Model is a new voluntary primary care model to be tested in eight states. MCP is slated to launch July 1, 2024, and run for 10.5 years.
