Sexual Victimization Reported by Former State Prisoners, 2008

The U.S. Bureau of Justice Statistics along with the U.S. Department of Justice have released a study on sexual victimization reported by former prisoners. The report is part of the 2008 National Former Prisoner Survey. The study includes incedents of victimization, types of coercion and physical injury, circumstances surrounding victimization, and results of HIV testing.
