Clearday & Viveon Health Amend Merger Terms, Planning To Launch An AI-Technology & Robotic Companion Care Platform For Senior Care Sector

Clearday, Inc., which is developing artificial intelligence (AI)-driven technology and robotic companion care for the senior adult care sector, plans to be acquired by Viveon Health Acquisition Corp. (Viveon), a special purpose acquisition company.
