Ohio I/DD Provider Organizations, I Am Boundless & Koinonia, To Merge

I Am Boundless, Inc. and Koinonia signed an agreement with intentions to combine organizations. Both provide services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Ohio. The merger is expected to be completed by October 1, 2023.

Both organizations will operate under the Boundless brand. Programs, schedules and staffing will remain unchanged for individuals served and their families.

Boundless has grown from a $25-million organization to $100 million in the past five years under the leadership of Dr. Patrick Maynard, Boundless president and CEO. With an additional $35-million in revenue from Koinonia, the combined organization is expected . . .
