Molina Healthcare Completes $150 Million My Choice Wisconsin, Medicaid MCO Acquisition 

Molina Healthcare completed its acquisition of My Choice Wisconsin (MCW), a Medicaid managed care organization serving members across Wisconsin. MCW had more than 44,000 members as of June 30, 2023. Molina said the transaction was valued at about $150 million, net of expected tax benefits and required regulatory capital.;
