Sutter Health Adds 36-Facility Sansum Clinic Into Its Health System  

Health system operator Sutter Health said it added Sansum Clinic, which operates an outpatient network in the Santa Barbara area with 36 facilities, to its system. The integration was set to begin October 2. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.;;

Sutter is based in Sacramento, California, and operates 23 hospitals. It said it would make "significant investments" in Sansum’s 102-year-old clinic system, including improvements in technology and across both primary care and women's health.
