Netsmart Acquires Netalytics, Advances Addiction Solution Offerings  

Digital health solution provider Netsmart acquired South Carolina-based Netalytics, an addiction treatment software and practice management company. Netsmart said the acquisition will extend its Netsmart CareFabric platform by enabling interoperable data sharing between opioid treatment program facilities and providers who treat and coordinate other types of care for consumers with addiction.
