Oregon Demonstration Proposal to Integrate Care for Dual Eligible Individuals

Oregon has released a proposal to test a model for aligning the financing between Medicare and Medicaid. The model will integrate primary, acute, behavioral health, and long term services for Medicare and Medicaid enrollees. Oregon is one of 26 states testing one of two models to integrate care for dual eligible individuals.
