Elara Caring Acquires American Family Home Health  

Texas-based Elara Caring, a multi-state home health provider organization, acquired American Family Home Health, a 35-person, privately owned skilled home health care organization in Huntley, Illinois. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Elara Care said the acquisition expands its footprint in Illinois, following its recent addition of hospice services to its home health offerings in Tinley Park, Illinois. ;

Elara Caring, which launched in 2018, offers skilled home health, hospice, personal care services, behavioral health, and palliative care. It serves more than 60,000 consumers and operates from more than 200 locations in 17 states . . .
