Delaware To Use Bamboo Health’s DTRN360 Behavioral Health Care Coordination Suite   

Delaware’s Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) selected DTRN360, Bamboo Health’s behavioral health care coordination suite, for use across the state. The platform aims to offer continuity of care for consumers, and it facilitates streamlined communication for crisis management teams and referrals to inpatient and outpatient treatment options in real time.;

The platform connects primary care and community health provider organizations with crisis teams and behavioral health provider organizations within one workflow. It is designed to improve care coordination for better health outcomes, streamlined whole person care and lower costs for payers.
