New York City Health Systems Partner With Findhelp To Connect Consumers With Social Services 

New York City’s municipal health care system operator NYC Health + Hospitals and academic health system operator Montefiore are both partnering with Findhelp, a platform that connects community members with social care services. ;Findhelp has already partnered with more than 30 organizations in New York, including Mount Sinai, Medisys, SEIU 1199 Funds, United Way of New York City, the Institute for Family Health, Bon Secours, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Aetna, and Elevance Health. ;
