Encompass Health Opens 27th Rehabilitation Hospital in Texas   

Encompass Health, which operates 160 rehabilitation hospitals nationwide, opened its 27th facility in the state of Texas. The new 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital is located in Prosper, which is in the greater Dallas area. The company operates rehabilitation hospitals in 37 states and Puerto Rico.  

The site offers 24-hour nursing care and serves consumers recovering from injuries and illnesses including strokes and other neurological disorders, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions.; It features all private rooms and offers physical, occupational and speech therapies.;
