Three Hospice Organizations Merge To Form Network In Northern California  

Three hospice organizations - By the Bay Health, Mission Hospice & Home Care, and Hope Hospice – have merged and together offer a large, independent, non-profit hospice network for consumers in Northern California. Financial terms were not disclosed. The merged organization aims to provide equitable access to comprehensive and integrated services to more families in the region.  

The menu of services for comprehensive serious illness and end-of-life care across the merged organization include hospice, home health, palliative care, transitional care, pediatric care for children with chronic and serious illness, bereavement counseling, dementia support, and Mission House, a residential hospice . . .
