A district judge in Texas found Bright HealthCare Texas, a unit of Bright Health, financially insolvent. The judge;ruled the subsidiary did not have assets equal to its liabilities or enough capital to meet Texas regulatory requirements, according to the Texas Department of Insurance in documents it posted on its web site.;;
