Just Home Healthcare Services Units Acquired By Honor Health Network, & RHA Health Services 

New Jersey-based Just Home Healthcare Services (JHC), which was held by H.I.G. Growth Partners, was split into two parts, and acquired by Honor Health Network and RHA Health Services. Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.

JHC’s group home and independent living program business segments were acquired by RHA Health Services in October 2023. JHC’s personal home care and adult day health business segments were acquired by Honor Health Network in April 2023.;
