InnovAge Acquires ConcertoCare’s PACE Programs
InnovAge, which provides comprehensive health care programs to frail, predominantly dual-eligible seniors through the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), acquired two PACE programs in California from ConcertoCare. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition includes a PACE program ConcertoCare operated in the Crenshaw neighborhood of Los Angeles, as well as a second program under development in Bakersfield as part of its ConcertoPACE service line.
InnovAge said the acquisition brings its total to 18 PACE centers in five states, with four additional PACE centers under development. InnovAge said the two new ConcertoPACE programs . . .
