Idaho Maintains Behavioral Health Plan Implementation Timeline As Court Dates Continue
Idaho’s Department of Health & Welfare (DHW) said Magellan Health is expected to begin managing the Idaho Behavioral Health Plan (IBHP) in July 2024, about four months later than the state had anticipated. Until that transition, the incumbent Optum will continue to administer the IBHP. DHW said services will continue under the state’s existing structure through July 2024.
