Foothold Technology Launches Coordinated Care Solution  

Foothold Technology, a cloud-based behavioral health electronic health record (EHR) and case management system software provider, launched a coordinated care solution for social determinants of health. The new solution is intended to assist New York’s to-be-established Medicaid Social Care Networks (SCNs) and their associated Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and Case Management Agencies (CMAs).
