On June 18, 2012, U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals amended an order filed in M.R. vs. Dreyfus. The amended opinion denied rehearing and amended the opinion filed on December 16, 2011. M.R. v. Dreyfus challenged the state's Medicaid cuts that would have forced twelve named plaintiffs from their homes and into institutions.
