California's San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency awarded three contracts to operate a ShortDoyle/Medi-Cal Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) funded Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Full Service Partnership (FSP) for persons who have a serious mental illness (SMI), including those with cooccurring substance use, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Program shall serve these individuals in partnership with designated housing authorities to provide access to an array of housing opportunities.
