Founded in 1961, LifeWorks, NW (LifeWorks) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides mental health and substance abuse services in an integrated approach that combines behavioral health with primary care and family services. The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) has accredited LifeWorks. Their mission statement is “LifeWorks NW promotes a healthy community by providing quality and culturally responsive mental health and addiction services across the lifespan throughout Washington County, Clackamas County, and Multnomah County.”
