Uwill Acquires Christie Campus Health

Uwill recently acquired Christie Campus Health, in its first ever acquisition. Financial terms were not disclosed. Uwill, which provides on-campus mental health for students, joined with Christie Campus Health to ramp up reach and impact of behavioral health services available to students.

Christie Campus Health offers counseling and mental health and wellness support to 750,000 students from more than 100 colleges.

Uwill has been providing on-campus mental health solutions since 2020. It currently serves more than 2 million students worldwide. In the United States it works with more than 200 colleges and universities in all 50 states . . .
