ContinuEM & Falck Partner On Digitally Enabled At-Home Medical Services  

ContinuEM, an urgent and emergent care center in Lakewood, California, is partnering with Orange, California-based Falck Physicians Group to offer an in-home care model designed to reduce emergency department and hospital visits.  Specifically, the partnership aims to offer in-home care teams with access to emergency room physicians.
