Connecticut’s Assisted Living Services Acquires Day Kimball’s Homemakers, Inc. Division

Assisted Living Services (ALS), which offers non-medical home care in Chesire and Westport, Connecticut, acquired the Homemaker’s Inc. division of Day Kimball Health. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. ALS said all Day Kimball Homemakers employees were offered positions to avoid service disruptions for current clients of Day Kimball’s Homemakers services.
