Teladoc Health Plans B2B Market Expansion For BetterHelp Mental Health Platform  

BetterHelp, the virtual mental health platform from Teladoc Health, aims to expand in the business-to-business (B2B) market. Teladoc CEO Jason Gorevic said the company is offering BetterHelp services directly to health plans, employers, organizations, and associations.;

Teladoc acquired BetterHelp in 2015. As of 2024, BetterHelp has about 30,000 clinical professionals on its platform. Mr. Gorevic said the depth of its data drives a better consumer experience with quality care and therapist matching. He said BetterHelp’s revenue has grown from about $100 million to $1 billion within three years.
