DOJ Investigation of Oregon’s Employment & Vocational Services For IDD

In a June 29, 2012 letter to the Oregon Department of Justice, the U.S. Department of Justice released findings of an investigation of employment and vocational services for people with intellectual disabilities. The U.S. Department of Justice reported that Oregon failed to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The letter included findings of the investigations as well as recommendations for the state.
