Ohio Awards $14.9 Million To 67 Counties To Support I/DD Services
Ohio is distributing $14.9 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding across 67 counties to boost support for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) and their families. The funds are part of a previously announced $56 million total ARPA Home and Community Based Services money allocated to the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) in the most recent state budget. All county Boards of Developmental Disabilities and Councils of Government were eligible to apply for the ARPA funding.
