MyPlace Health Launches Care Center In Los Angeles Through PACE Model 

MyPlace Health, an integrated care delivery organization, launched its first care center site in Los Angeles, California. The care center offers personalized care through the Medicare and Medicaid Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) model. 

MyPlace Health was founded and launched in 2021 by SCAN Group and Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA).
