Missouri HealthNet Partners With Unite Us On Rural Health Program  

The Missouri HealthNet Division is using a payment solution from Unite Us to roll out the Transformation of Rural Community Health (ToRCH) program, a new model of care that aims to transform social care funding and aid rural hospitals in improving clinical outcomes among the Medicaid population.;

Missouri HealthNet said the ToRCH program is launching with six health care providers: Salem Memorial District Hospital, Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare, Bothwell Regional Health Center, Phelps Health, Citizens Memorial Hospital, and Ray County Memorial Hospital.;;
