Point32Health Set To Acquire Health New England From Baystate Health  

Point32Health, the parent company of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan, reached an agreement with Baystate Health to acquire its Health New England subsidiary. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The deal is subject to regulatory approval.;;

Massachusetts-based Health New England is a not-for-profit health plan operator offering plans in the commercial, Medicaid and Medicare markets. It has about 180,000 members, concentrated in Western Massachusetts.;;
