Founded in 1972 as Mid-Erie Mental Health Services, Endeavor Health Services (Endeavor) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides mental health and addiction services for both children and adults. Endeavor is one of only 13 Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) located in New York State and is accredited by the Joint Commission.
