Findhelp & Oklahoma Enter Partnership For Statewide Closed Loop Electronic Referral System  

The Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) selected Findhelp to develop and maintain a closed loop electronic referral system to coordinate referrals between organizations to address Medicaid beneficiaries' needs for services to address social determinants of health (SDoH). The partners aim to offer access to essential services such as food, shelter, and transportation.
