Ensign Group Acquires Skilled Nursing Facilities In Colorado & Kansas  

Ensign Group acquired the operations of two skilled nursing facilities in Colorado and one in Kansas, effective March 1, 2024. The company’s independent operating subsidiaries offer skilled nursing and senior living services, physical, occupational and speech therapies and other rehabilitative and health care services at 302 facilities in 14 states. ;

In Colorado, it acquired the operations of;Park Post Acute, a 135-bed skilled nursing facility located in;Parker. It also acquired the operations of Oakwood Care and Rehabilitation,;a 170-bed skilled nursing facility located in Lakewood.;
