Canadian Pharmacy Network Neighbourly Acquired By Persistence Capital Partners

Neighbourly Pharmacy Inc, a Canadian network of independent pharmacies, was acquired by T.I.D. Acquisition Corp., a newly-formed entity controlled by Persistence Capital Partners. The deal acquisition closed on March 20, 2024, and Neighborly is now privately held. It will continue to operate under the Neighborly name.

The companies had entered a definitive agreement for the deal on January 15, 2024. The partners received a final approval on March 13, 2024, from the Ontario Superior Court to allow the arrangement.
