Rimidi Launches Care Network For Remote Monitoring Services

Remote monitoring solution provider Rimidi is now offering a partnership program called the Rimidi Care Network. The network allows client health care providers to use remote patient monitoring (RPM), chronic care management (CCM), continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), and behavioral health integration (BHI) services through the Rimidi platform.;
