Advocare Partners With Fort Health To Accelerate Access to Behavioral Health Care Services In New Jersey, Pennsylvania   

Fort Health, a virtual pediatric behavioral health care company, is partnering with Advocare to expand services delivered through primary care. Advocare is a;multi-specialty group practice based in;New Jersey, and it has the largest number of pediatric providers in the state. ;

Under the agreement, Advocare's primary care facilities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania will have access to Fort Health's services. The agreement means more than 450 primary care professionals will be able to offer quality behavioral health care services through Fort Health to consumers, using a Collaborative Care model.
