Kentucky Counseling Center Acquires & Rebrands Ohio-Based Flourish Psychotherapy   

Kentucky Counseling Center (KCC) acquired Ohio-based Flourish Psychotherapy, which has offices in Cincinnati and Columbus. Financial terms were not disclosed. Following the acquisition, Flourish Psychotherapy is set to rebrand as Counseling Now.  

The combined entity has five locations across Kentucky and Ohio, with a network of 170 providers, and over 200 team members. The company said the new name reflects the expanded scope of services and locations. KCC will maintain its name in Kentucky.;

Counseling Now will operate under the leadership of KCC founder Matt Grammer, and will seek to expand access to mental health care in Ohio . . .
