Medicus IT Acquires BlueNovo, To Support Community Health Centers

Health technology solution vendor Medicus IT recently acquired BlueNovo, which provides physician and consumer-centered health care, quality, and technology services to community health centers. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.  

Medicus helps health care clients run information technology (IT) infrastructure. The BlueNovo acquisition is expected to help Medicus support community health centers across the country.  

Medicus operates nine support centers, including centers of excellence in;Georgia,;Florida,;New Jersey,;North Carolina,;Arizona, and;Ohio. It said the acquisition strengthens its position among health care technology solutions.;
