Community Health Systems To Sell Tennessee Hospital To Hamilton Health Care System

Community Health Systems (CHS) is set to sell its 351-bed Tennova Healthcare – Cleveland hospital in Cleveland, Tennessee, and certain related businesses to affiliates of Hamilton Health Care System. The deal is valued at $160 million in cash, subject to certain adjustments.;
