Advocacy Letter To Washington Governor Christine Gregoire Regarding Plans To Appeal M.R. v. Dreyfus

The Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law reported that the State of Washington is considering appealing a December 2011 federal appeals court ruling in a lawsuit, M.R. v. Dreyfus, that forced the state to end a 10% reduction in Medicaid home care service hours for 12 named plaintiffs. Service hours for the 12 named plaintiffs remain higher than for other home care recipients.
