CVS Acquires Medicare Advantage Broker Hella Health  

CVS acquired startup Medicare Advantage (MA) broker Hella Health. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ;

Rafal Walkiewicz, Hella Health CEO, said the move will allow CVS to strengthen its suite of technology platforms available to the senior population. Hella Health now lists on its website that it is "part of the CVS Health family of companies." ;
