Federal Agencies Launch Portal For Reporting Anticompetitive Health Care Practices
HealthyCompetition.gov is a new online portal that allows the public to report potentially unfair and anticompetitive health care practices. The site was launched by the Justice Department, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
Complaints submitted through the portal will be preliminarily reviewed by;staff at the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division and FTC. If a complaint has sufficient merit under federal;antitrust laws or is related to HHS authorities, it will be routed to the appropriate agency for additional investigation.
