University of Utah Health Plans is launching a new product, Healthy U CHIP health insurance. The plan will be available beginning July 1, 2024.;

CHIP (Children's Health Insurance Program) is a state program that provides affordable health coverage to eligible children in low-income families. Open enrollment for CHIP in Utah for 2024 runs from May 1 through June 15.;

University of Utah Health Plans was founded in 1998 as a Medicaid plan. It now includes more than;240,000 members.;
