Optimal Investment Group Acquires Spectrum Behavioral Therapies  

Private equity firm Optimal Investment Group (OIG) acquired Spectrum Behavioral Therapies. Orange County, California-based Spectrum provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapies for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.  

As part of the acquisition, OIG will expand Spectrum’s geographic footprint, enhance its technological infrastructure, and invest in recruiting additional therapists and clinicians. ;
