Illinois DCFS 2012 Title IV-E Waiver Proposal For Illinois Birth Through Three Waiver: Child & Family Intervention

On July 1, 2013, the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) will implement a new program for young children entering foster care in Cook County. Using funds from a five-year federal Title IV-E demonstration waiver granted in September 2012, the Illinois Birth through Three Waiver: Child and Family Intervention (IB3) will provide therapeutic and psycho-educational services to very young children, ages birth through three, and their caregivers. This document is the proposal submitted for federal approval.
