On May 13, 2024, the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services publied these findings regarding the investigation of the Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth and Families' (DCYF's) behavioral health system under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
