Trillium Launches Healthy Opportunities Pilot In North Carolina  

Trillium Health Resources launched the;Healthy Opportunities Pilot (HOP) program;in 15 counties during May. HOP is a comprehensive program under the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services;to test;and evaluate the impact of offering certain evidence-based, non-medical interventions related to housing, food, transportation, and interpersonal safety and toxic stress to high-needs Medicaid enrollees.; ;
