On September 28, 2012, Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) released a final notice in The Massachusetts Register regarding payment for chronic disease and rehabilitation hospital services for rate year 2013. The notice described the methods and standards for establishment of the rates of payment. These rates of payment are effective on October 1, 2012.
