Specialized Education Services, Inc., Acquires Two Arizona Schools
Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) recently acquired Arizona-based Lexington Life Academy’s two locations in Phoenix. Financial terms were not disclosed. SESI is a unit of FullBloom.
The two new locations serve students with autism. They offer evidenced-based practices, structured learning, standards-based curriculum, sensory integration, and behavior modification.
SESI said adding these campuses is part of its Arizona growth plan, and brings SESI’s footprint in the state up to five schools in addition to several in-district classrooms.
