Oklahoma’s Variety Care & NorthCare Enter Strategic Alignment  

Oklahoma community health center operator Variety Care and behavioral health services provider NorthCare are coming together under an aligned structure. The organizations said the move will set the stage for collaborative care for consumers across Oklahoma.;;

The Variety Care Board of Directors will now include members of the existing NorthCare Board of Directors and will oversee both organizations.;;

Financial terms of the alignment were not disclosed. The changes were effective June 15. The new governance structure aims to bring improved health outcomes for consumers, offering more access to behavioral health interventions and whole-person care.
